Switch account between Android and iOS devices:
Q: I've registered an account using Android. Can I use this account on iOS devices? Does UNO! support data sharing between Android and iOS devices?
A: UNO now supports sharing data between Android and iOS devices! You can freely switch your UNO account between these two types of devices. However, before doing so, you need to link your UNO account with a Mattel163 account, Facebook account, or Snapchat account in the in-game account center. After that, you can use these linked third-party accounts to log in to your uno account on different devices freely!

Lost Account:
Follow the instructions below to recover your UNO! Mobile profile~
You can find these instructions with screenshots at:https://www.facebook.com/UNOnow/posts/3433569986726177A. If you linked your UNO Mobile profile in the Account Center:
1) Tap “settings” at the bottom left corner of the game lobby (main menu with the globe in the background and several game mode options)
2) Tap “Account Center” at the bottom right
3) Then, tap “Switch Account” on the left (plain, white, underlined text with on a red background)
4) Tap “OKAY” in the pop-up dialog informing you to logout
5) Then, you can select the platform which you had previously linked to UNO
B. If you forgot your Mattel163 password:
a) Tap “Forgot password?” (red, underlined text under the password input box) on the Mattel163 account login page (in the Account Center).
b) Follow the instructions on the screen
C. If you did not link your UNO profile to any other account:
Use your new account to contact in-game customer service and provide with any account details you can, such as:
- Player ID number of the lost account (if you have it written down somewhere)
- Purchase receipts
- Username
- Old screenshots

A: You can log in using your email to recover your username.
