Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THE TOURNAMENT. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED BY LAW. THIS TOURNAMENT IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, GOOGLE, APPLE, SAMSUNG, OR YOUTUBE.
OVERVIEW
The UNO!™ Mobile Wildcard Series Duos Invitational ("Tournament") is sponsored by Mattel163 Limited (the "Sponsor"). The Tournament consists of two different phases:
(i) Application Phase; and
(ii) Gameplay Phase. Both phases will be organized and administered by Aftershock Media Group, Inc. (the "Administrator").
TOURNAMENT PERIOD
The Tournament has 2 1/2 weeks of applications from May 12th, 2023 0:00 am UTC through May 29th, 2023 23:59 pm UTC, and the selection process will happen by June 13th, 2023 23:59 pm UTC. The eight (8) selected duos teams will compete in the UNO! Mobile Wildcard Series Duos Invitational on Saturday, June 17th, 2023 at 7:00 pm UTC. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Tournament. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any part of the Tournament (including the Prizes) in its sole discretion and without prior notice. Data rates may apply.
ELIGIBILITY
The Tournament is open to individuals who are
(i) at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry;
(ii) located in the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, Spain and France (individuals can see the Tournament page after their IPs are checked);
(iii) not residents of any of the following excluded jurisdictions:
1) State of Washington of the United States;
2) Quebec Province of Canada; and
(iv) UNO!™ Mobile App (the "UNO! App") players with levels ≥ 3.
Employees, the Administrator, contractors, directors and officers of Sponsor and its shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, promotional supporters, distributors, web design, advertising, fulfillment and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Affiliated Parties") involved in the administration, development, providing of prizes and execution of this Tournament, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and household members (whether or not related), are not eligible to participate in the Tournament. Sponsor and its respective Affiliated Parties are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Sponsor Parties." By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Tournament.
HOW TO ENTER
To submit an application during the Tournament Period, eligible participants must take the following steps:
(i) Navigate to the application website Duos Invitational Registration, click the Submit Your Application button, and
(ii) Enter all requested information in the form and click submit,
(iii) ensure the submitted teammate fills out and submits the "Secondary Application Form", and
(iv) Join the event Discord and monitor such discord to stay updated on the Tournament. Participation in this Tournament is subject at all times to your and your teammates' compliance with the End-User License Agreement and Privacy Policy of the UNO! App.
Limit: one (1) entry per Duos team. An individual cannot be paired in more than one Duos team. An entrant cannot create multiple accounts to gain more entries. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant that enters the Tournament through multiple accounts at its sole discretion, which shall be final and non-appealable.
Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified from the entire Tournament. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the account used to enter the Tournament will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the address used to register for the Tournament. The potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the account associated with the winning entry.
GAME DESCRIPTION
(i). Application Process
First, navigate to the application website Duos Invitational Registration, click the Submit Your Application button, and follow the steps there.
Submissions will be open from May 12th, 2023 0:00 am UTC through May 29th, 2023 23:59 pm UTC. By June 13th, 2023 23:59 pm UTC, submissions will be judged by the following criteria:
1) Eligibility:
A. This is a Duos Event, so all submissions must be submitted as a Duo. Any entrants submitted without exactly two (2) players will not be eligible.
B. All applicants (meaning both members of the duos team) should be located in the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, Spain or France.
C. All applicants should be 18 or older on or before the date of submission.
D. All submissions should not showcase, display or highlight any other brand.
E. All submissions should be free of any negative behaviors listed in Section 1&2.
F. Any other requirements stipulated in the Section 3 ELIGIBILITY.
2) Application submission will require the following:

3) POINTS: Max of 100 Total Application Points
In-Game Trophies: 60 Points maximum based on in-game trophies. The more in-game trophies you have, the higher the amount of points you can net. The amount of points your team earns is relative to the other submissions and based on the player on your team with the higher number of trophies earned as of May 29th, 2023 23:59 pm UTC. We suggest you log into the game at least once during the sign up period.
A. Video Application: 20 Points maximum broken down:
(Optional - this portion is not a requirement. However, it is 20% of the total scoring system, so it is strongly encouraged.) In the video, players should share both of their names, their team name, and their country. Players should share a story that includes information about how they met their Duos Partner, how long they played UNO! Mobile, what their favorite game mode is, and what their strategy is when competing. Players may add more information during this video portion of their submission. The video should be between 1 to 5 minutes long. Any video submissions under 1 minute or over 5 minutes will not be considered. It is recommended, but not required, for the video to be recorded in English.
a) 7 points - Video Introduction: Players shall be awarded up to 7 points for strict conformance to the photo and video standards herein, with one to two points deducted for each instance of non-conformance.

b) 7 points - Video Quality: Players shall be awarded up to 7 points for strict conformance to the photo and video standards herein, with one point deducted for each instance of non-conformance.
⯁ Lighting - Ideal lighting should be even and consistent, with no harsh shadows or blown-out highlights. The lighting should be appropriate for the scene and help to convey the desired mood or atmosphere.
⯁ Clearly in focus - The video should be in focus, with sharp and clear images.
⯁ Composition & framing - The shots in the video should be well-composed, with the subjects centered in frame. Distracting subjects should not be in frame.
⯁ High resolution - The video should have a high resolution, ideally 1080p or higher, to ensure that it is clear and easy to see.
⯁ Color and contrast - The colors in the video should be vibrant and well-balanced, with good contrast between light and dark areas.
⯁ Stability - The video should be stable, with little or no camera shake. This can be achieved through the use of a tripod or stabilizer.
⯁ Narration clarity - The audio should be clear and easy to understand. There should be no distractions that could interfere with the viewer's ability to hear the dialogue or narration.
⯁ Audio overall quality: The recording quality should be high, with no background noise, distortions, pops or crackles.
⯁ Volume - The audio should be at a consistent volume throughout the video, without any sudden spikes or drops. The audio level should be appropriate for the content and match the visuals.
⯁ Audio Timeliness & Sync: The timing of the audio should be synchronized with the visuals, with no delays or mismatches between what is happening on screen and what is being heard.
c) 6 points - Compelling Story: Sharing your team's story in engaging and captivating ways to the audience. Some elements that may make a compelling story are descriptive language, a clear story structure, well-developed ideas, and more. Also, additional elements that may make an entertaining video are a good story arc, humor, display of personality, emotion, visual aids, and more.
B. Photo submission: 10 Points maximum based
(Requirement. Players must submit the required photos to be considered.)
a) One photo per player, totaling two photos. May add a third photo if you have a photo of both Duos players.
b) Photo must be facing forward, of their upper body (waist up), showing some positive emotion, with a clean background.
C. UNO! Mobile Questions: 10 Points maximum
(Requirement. Players must answer all the questions to be considered.)
Selections will be made by June 13th, 2023 23:59 pm UTC. The eight (8) duos teams with the highest points will be invited to participate in the next stage, the Duos Invitational.
(ii) Duos Invitational
After the Application Process, the top eight (8) Duos teams will be invited to the Duos Invitational. So there will be 16 players who can participate in the event.
Date:Saturday, June 17th, 2023 at 7:00 pm UTC.
The Duos Invitational will be played using a 'double elimination' mechanism. This means every team will have two chances to remain in the competition. After a team loses twice, they are eliminated from the bracket.
The first round of the Winner's Bracket will have four matches. Each match will have two (2) duos teams competing, totaling sixteen (16) participants in the first round. The first duos team to earn three (3) wins from each match will advance to the second round of the Winner's Bracket. The other duos team that does not win their match will move to the Loser's Bracket. Each game includes four (4) players and is 2v2 game mode, combining Stack and Discard all rules. Match 1: Duos Team A vs Duos Team B (One will advance to the second round of the Winner's Bracket while the other team will drop down to the Loser's Bracket.)
Match 2: Duos Team C vs Duos Team D (One will advance to the second round of the Winner's Bracket while the other team will drop down to the Loser's Bracket.)
Match 3: Duos Team E vs Duos Team F (One will advance to the second round of the Winner's Bracket while the other team will drop down to the Loser's Bracket.)
Match 4: Duos Team G vs Duos Team H (One will advance to the second round of the Winner's Bracket while the other team will drop down to the Loser's Bracket.)
The second round of the Winner's Bracket will have two (2) matches, and will be played in the same manner as the first round. Each match will have two (2) duos teams competing, totaling eight (8) participants. The first duos team to earn three (3) wins from each match will advance to the third round of the Winner's Bracket. The other duos team will drop down to the Loser's Bracket. See the match breakdown for example only: (Note the teams may be seeded differently than what is shown.)
Match 1: Duos Team A vs Duos Team C (One will advance to the third round of the Winner's Bracket while the other team will drop down to the Loser's Bracket.)
Match 2: Duos Team E vs Duos Team G (One will advance to the third round of the Winner's Bracket while the other team will drop down to the Loser's Bracket.)
The third round of the Winner's Bracket, also known as the Winner's Finals, will be played in the same manner as the first and second rounds. This final match will have two (2) duos teams competing. The first duos team to earn three (3) wins from the match will move on to the Grand Finals.
Match 1: Duos Team A vs Duos Team E (One will advance to the Grand Finals while the other team will drop down to the Loser's Finals.)
The first round of the Loser's Bracket will have two (2) matches. Each match will have two (2) duos teams competing, totaling eight (8) participants, made of teams who have lost one match. The first duos team to earn two (2) wins from each match will advance to the second round of the Loser's Bracket. The other duos team will be eliminated. Match 1: Duos Team B vs Duos Team D (One will advance to the second round of the Loser's bracket while the other team will be eliminated.)
Match 2: Duos Team F vs Duos Team H (One will advance to the second round of the Loser's bracket while the other team will be eliminated.)
The second round of the Loser's Bracket will have two (2) matches. Each match will have two (2) duos teams competing, totaling eight (8) participants (two from Loser's round 1, and two from the Winner's round 2). The first duos team to earn two (2) wins from each match will advance to the third round of the Loser's Bracket. The other duos team will be eliminated. Match 1: Duos Team B vs Duos Team G (One will advance to the third round of the Loser's bracket while the other team will be eliminated.)
Match 2: Duos Team C vs Duos Team F (One will advance to the third round of the Loser's bracket while the other team will be eliminated.)
The third round of the Loser's Bracket will have one (a) match. Each match will have two (2) duos teams competing, totaling four (4) participants (two winners from Loser's round 2). The first duos team to earn two (2) wins from each match will advance to the fourth round of the Loser's Bracket, also known as the Loser's Finals. The other duos team will be eliminated. Match 1: Duos Team B vs Duos Team C (One will advance to the third round of the Loser's bracket while the other team will be eliminated.)
The fourth round of the Loser's Bracket, also known as the Loser's Finals, will have one (1) match. Each match will have two (2) duos teams competing, totaling four (4) participants (the winner from Loser's round 3, and the loser of the Winner's Finals). The first duos team to earn two (2) wins from each match will advance to the Grand Finals Match. The other duos team will be eliminated. Match 1: Duos Team E vs Duos Team B (One will advance to the Grand Finals Match while the other team will be eliminated.)
The Grand Finals Match will have one (1) match. Each match will have two (2) duos teams competing, totaling four (4) participants. The first duos team to earn three (3) wins from this match will be declared the winner of the match. If the winning team advanced from the Winner's Bracket, that team will be declared the event winner, and the losing team secures second place. If the winning team advances from the Loser's Bracket, there will be one additional Grand Finals Reset Match.
Match 1: Duos Team A vs Duos Team B (One will be declared winner.)
The Grand Finals Reset Match will have one (1) match. Each match will have two (2) duos teams competing, totaling four (4) participants. The first duos team to earn three (3) wins from this match will be declared the winner of the event, and the losing team secures second place.

Confirmation Requirement: Before June 8th at 23:59 pm UTC, an in-game mail will be sent to players who advance to the Duos Invitation. All players that are invited to the Duos Invitational from the Application Process will be invited to the UNO! Mobile Discord, where they will be required to confirm their participation in the Duos Invitational. Once a team has done so, they will be confirmed for the Duos Invitational as a player and eligible to compete. Any team that fails to confirm their spot in the Duos Invitational section of the Discord within 24 hours after receiving the invite via email or in-game mail will no longer be eligible to compete in the Duos Invitational, and their spot will be awarded to the team with the next highest Application Points. All teams that placed 9th - 16th place in the application process will also be invited to the Discord to serve as potential substitutes in case any primary team doesn't confirm their participation in a timely manner. The final list of qualified Duos Teams invited to the Duos Invitational will be announced by June 13th at 23:59 pm UTC.
ADVANCEMENT NOTIFICATION — Duos Invitational
Players will be notified in the UNO! App and email if the Duos Team is selected to participate in the Duos Invitational. Any players that advance to the Duos Invitational will receive an in-game mail and email notification with a unique code and a Discord link. Players will join the Discord, navigate to the UNO Duos Invitational Channel, and click Verify. Here, players will input their unique code as well as share the country in which they are located, fill in their nickname, age, email address, and Discord account ID. Your nickname may be displayed in the UNO! Mobile Wildcard Series Duos Invitational live stream, and your age/country will be used to verify that you are an eligible entrant. Your email address and Discord account ID will be used to contact you with updates on the Tournament schedule. Further, you acknowledge that Sponsor may share your personal information submitted herein with Sponsor Parties, which may be located in jurisdictions other than where you reside. It is each player's responsibility to check the UNO! App regularly for updates and notifications.
PLAYER ADVANCEMENT AND WINNER SELECTION
Eight (8) Duos Teams will be invited for the Duos Invitational. The winner will be the top team who advanced through each round of the Tournament based on the scoring details set forth in Sections 5 and 6 above, and ranked for the purposes of Prize eligibility based on the relevant Duos Invitational Ranking.
AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE TOURNAMENT SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE OFFICIAL RULES HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. Each potential winner will be notified by email using the email address provided from the initial sign-up form and/or in-game pop-up form. All potential winners may be subject to verification of eligibility and may be required to provide an official ID card ("Proof"), to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release/Prize Acceptance Form ("Release") within a certain time period after notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached (regardless of reason), does not respond within the designated time (if required), or there is a return of any Proof/prize/prize notification/Release as undeliverable, he/she may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Failure to comply with any term or condition in these Official Rules may result in disqualification at Sponsor's sole discretion. Upon disqualification, no compensation will be given and the entrant will not be eligible for any prize or to participate in the Tournament. Players must adhere to the decisions and rules of the Sponsor and its designated representatives (including but not limited to the Administrator) in all matters related to these Official Rules, as well as all matters pertaining to the Tournament, which may not be covered by these Official Rules. All decisions are final. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the individual from the last round(s) of the corresponding phase will be selected as the potential winner. Sponsor may limit the number of attempts to award a prize to two (2) attempts to contact the applicable players. In such cases, if a prize winner cannot be confirmed after two (2) attempts, Sponsor will determine in its sole discretion whether the prize will remain unawarded.
Sponsor is entitled to cancel or adjust the number of prizes based on the actual number of entrants.
Odds of winning a prize for playing the Tournament will depend upon the number of eligible participants playing the Tournament.
DIGITAL PRIZES
Round Rewards: Any player who submits a video with a total score of over 10 points will be rewarded with 200 diamonds.

* Any ranking of any player not listed herein this section shall be understood to have no prize entitlement from this Tournament.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
Winners may make no substitution or transfer of the prize and the prize is not exchangeable for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners agree that the prize is personal to that Winner, and the Prize may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated, or otherwise conveyed. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prize consists of only those items specifically stated as part of the prize. ALL EXPENSES AND COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE THAT ARE NOT EXPRESSLY SPECIFIED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES AS BEING PART OF THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ENTRANTS. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.
Prize Distribution: Unless otherwise specified, all prizes earned in the Tournament shall be distributed no later than ninety (90) days after the completion of the Tournament, provided that player has provided the information and documents required by the Sponsor to facilitate prize delivery. Such information shall be requested by email or by any other methods indicated by Sponsor.
Prize Documents: Player may be required to return an IRS Form W-9 or IRS Form W8-BEN ("Tax Form"), residency affidavit and any other documents required by Sponsor, (collectively, the "Required Documents") in order to be eligible to receive any prizes earned. Players may be required to report income to their relevant tax authority and shall be fully and completely responsible for paying any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the value of their prizes.
PUBLICITY
The submission of an application constitutes player's permission to the Sponsor Parties to use the player's personal information, including but not limited to the nickname, UNO! App username, and/or likenesses, videos, prize information, photograph, voice, and comments for purposes of advertising, press release or any other commercial purpose without further notice, permission, or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor will livestream the UNO! Mobile Wildcard Series Duos Invitational on Sponsor's Official YouTube page, Official TikTok page, Official Twitch page, and Official Facebook page; and the livestream may be reposted by Sponsor Parties. Players' information, including but not limited to your nickname, UNO! App username, appearance and performance will be publicly disclosed in the livestream. Such livestream will not be deleted, so the video will be publically available after the Tournament.
Players hereby waive the right of privacy, right of publicity, right of likeness and voice; and agree that players will not claim or seek to enforce such rights against the Sponsor Parties and further agrees that the Sponsor Parties will have the right to perpetually use, edit, revise, condense, abridge, expand, adapt, change, add to, subtract from, re-title, translate, cross-share, repost and otherwise modify the photos or videos submitted in the application, for any commercial purposes, in any format and on any platform, either now known or hereinafter invented, without any further permission.
Duos Invitational participation also constitutes player's agreement that Sponsor is entitled to contact Winners for the purpose of producing dedicated deliverables, including but not limited to interviews, dedicated videos, stories, without any compensation or royalty fee. You hereby grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, amplify, repurpose, or display such deliverables for any commercial purposes. Otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify such player.
LIVESTREAM
UNO! Mobile Wildcard Series Duos Invitational participants shall not include the following behaviors or content in the livestream. Otherwise Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant it finds to be acting in violation of this clause. And such participants shall be liable for any and all losses or damages caused to Sponsor or Sponsor Parties arising out of such violation.
(i) Tobacco (for example, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco, etc.).
(ii) Illicit drugs and drug-related products (for example, marijuana, vaporizers, etc.).
(iii) Alcoholic drinks or consumption thereof.
(iv) Adult content (for example, nudity, depictions of sex or characters in explicit or suggestive positions, or depictions of activities that are overly suggestive or sexually provocative).
(v) Sexism and gender-related degrading humor.
(vi) Depiction of children in any sexual reference.
(vii) Torture, mutilation, or sadism.
(viii) Violence and abuse (physical or verbal) toward children, animals, or unarmed characters.
(ix) Bad languages or vulgar languages.
(x) Slanderous or libelous content.
(xi) Politics (for example, use of actual countries, flags, political issues, political figures, reference to real historic wars and conflicts, etc.).
(xii) Religion (for example, use of real religion signs, symbols, clothing, figures and leaders, religion-related buildings, or sculptures, degrading humor of religion, content that exploits sensitive religious issues, etc.).
(xiii) Gambling.
(xiv) False content.
(xv) Insensitivity to or discrimination against people based on personal attributes such as race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, family status, disability, medical or genetic condition.
(xvi) Promotion of racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind.
RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Except where prohibited, by participating in the Tournament, entrant agrees to release, fully indemnify, hold harmless and defend Sponsor and other Sponsor Parties, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, and prize providers (individually, a "Released Party" and collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Tournament or use of the prize, including, but not limited to:
(i) unauthorized human intervention in the Tournament;
(ii) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines;
(iii) printing errors;
(iv) errors in the administration of the Tournament;
(v) late, lost, stolen, illegible, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected or undeliverable, posts, mail; or
(vi) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Tournament and/or use of any prize.
Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Tournament and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys' fees. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, an alternate winner will be selected in accordance with the winner selection method described above from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available.
DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, all entrants agree that:
(i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Tournament or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts in the State of California;
(ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Tournament, but in no event attorneys' fees; and
(iii) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and
(iv) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the UNO! Mobile Wildcard Series Duos Invitational shall be resolved with the UNO! Mobile Wildcard Series Duos Invitational Administrator directly, and Sponsor shall not be involved in any way.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Tournament, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
If, for any reason, the Tournament is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and
(i) cancel or terminate the Tournament;
(ii) modify or suspend the Tournament and this official rules to address the impairment and then resume the Tournament in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or
(iii) award the prize in accordance with the winner selection criteria set forth above from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Tournament (including, without limitation, operation or play in the Tournament games) or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Tournament may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Proof of entering will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor of entry. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all Player's Score affected by such methods and be deemed tampering. Persons engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. This Tournament is governed by the laws of the State of California. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Los Angeles, CA for the resolution of any disputes.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE, THE UNO! APP, OR SPONSOR'S OTHER SYSTEMS OR PROCESSES, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE TOURNAMENT IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, RELEASED PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
PRIVACY
Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of this Tournament will be used to administer the Tournament, select prize winners and fulfill prizes, and will be treated in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy accessible on its website at https://www.mattel163.com/privacypolicy.html.
Further, entrants acknowledge that Sponsor may share each entrant's information submitted during the Tournament and Tournament performance with Sponsor Parties, which may be located in jurisdictions other than where you reside.
WINNERS'LIST
The Winners of the UNO! Mobile Wildcard Series Duos Invitational will be published via Sponsor's official channels and third-party press, including but not limited to Sponsor's official social media channels, and webpages.
